Bits and bobs from all over for the start of a brand new week....

Meet the newest addition...well, we haven't got a name yet but isn't he amazing. It might not be just one new addition either, looks like there'll be two little puppies joining the clan. They won't be with me in London with me, but in the country at my family home.  They're coming home in 2 weeks time so I'll be coming home as often as possible from now on for some serious puppy love...

Cosy layers, comfy basics and old favorites for a weekend holed up in the country...

After some Autumnal sunbathing 2 weeks ago, it's most definitely back to normal in blighty as the temperatures continue to drop. As a natural sun bunny,  the cold weather is taking some adjusting to... I've dug out my fur coat, dug out the electric blanket (old before my time much?), and am constantly on the look out for cosy wardrobe additions to keep my spirits up. So its pretty much perfect timing that my very talented friend Rosie has launched her own line of seriously covetable cashmere accessories. Unlike so many cashmere brands, the colours, designs and general spirit of the brand are cool, contemporary and actually make you look forward to wrapping up warm. The fluoro pieces are already firmly on my Christmas wish list (but in true sun-loving style I'm already visualizing wearing the beanie right through into next summer with denim cut offs) and as for the copper Where the Wild Things Are style headband...I'm not even going to try and wait for Christmas for that one.

So...First attempt at a somewhat hazy outfit post.  Actually not really outfit post at all, just a few iphone snaps from a night out a couple of weeks ago with my friend Phoebe. Phoebs was wearing the biggest babe of a coat by Sandro...The photos don't do it justice but it is amazing and made my vintage fur coat/leather jacket combo feel very inadequate.

Just a toe in the water but better quality next time, promise...
